We are happy only if you're happy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know. You have 90 days after we ship your order to explore the benefits of the product and draw your own conclusions. Keep in mind that we usually advise all customers to take some time with supplements for them to demonstrate their effects before reaching a conclusion.

ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

All bottles purchased online via Cartpanda can be returned within 90 days after they have been shipped (mailed) to you. We’ll email you a shipment confirmation with the ship date, and you can also check it on the delivered package.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

To receive a refund, please make sure that:

- You are within the 90-day money-back guarantee period.
- You return all supplement bottles from your order.
- You understand that we do not cover return shipping costs.

It’s okay if you ship them on the 59th day of your 60-day guarantee period and we receive them later — you will still get a refund as long as you shipped within the window. Your refund will be processed a few days after we receive your return.
